Do I need sales experience?

No. Some of my top producers had zero sales background. I care about work ethic, coachability, and competitiveness — not your résumé.

How much can I realistically make?

Average first-year reps clear $40K–$80K in 4 months. Second-year reps like Massimo hit $90K. Veterans on the team are at $200K–$500K a year. The ceiling is real — but it's earned.

Where and when is the summer market?

Nashville, TN. April through August. Housing and turf are set — you just need to show up ready to produce.

What does the interview process look like?

Phone screen → group interview → ride-along day → offer. Fast, transparent, and designed to protect both our time.

What's the daily schedule?

Mon–Fri 2–9pm on turf. Saturdays 11am–9pm. Mornings are yours — most of my guys train, eat, and plan before the day starts. Work hard, play hard.

What if I'm not in Nashville yet?

We relocate reps every summer. If you're serious, geography isn't a problem. The interview is remote — book a slot and we'll figure out the rest on the call.
